The great river Mekong runs through Thailand and Vietnam - two countries with delicious food and famous flavours. Our Mekong Pho & Fry paste is the perfect base to create Thai-Viet dishes. Perfect for an aromatic bowl of Pho, creating tasty stir fries, using as a marinade to create skewers and bao bun fillings, or as the magic ingredient to cook up a thai curry!
We use a whopping 17 natural ingredients and pack them all into one jar to give amazing flavour. Lemongrass, lime leaves, garlic, ginger, sichuan pepper, extra virgin oil and chillies are some of the ingredients used to give a perfectly balanced Umami, sweet and spicy taste. It will definitely add depth of flavour to any dish.
The paste is handcrafted; crushed, mashed and blended in a mortar and pestle to really bring out flavour.
